The star to finish structure and requirements. I have seen snapshots of the process in isolation during my working life but often without considering the wider process/lifecycle. Task focused, not process focused.

This is a complicated subject!
Practical examples that the trainer explained were really helpful to "driving home" the theory. The trainer answered all questions that myself and others had.
I would highly recommend attending but expect to spend a reasonable amount of time studying / revising after lectures.
